2. Content of Posts
2.1 Forum accepts discussion in weather, services and operations of weather organizations, and other weather-related topics.
2.2 Forum does not accept advertisements.
2.3 Forum does not accept short posts with no discussion value, including but not limited to:
3. Format of Posts
3.1 Poster may format his/her posts. Please refer to the documentation on formatting in Forum.
3.2 Poster is advised to make use of the "Preview" feature to ensure that the appearance and contents of his/her posts are correct before submission.
3.3 Poster can upload image if necessary. However please note the size of image before uploading and do not abuse so loading time can be saved.
4. Conduct of Posters
4.1 Posts with personal attacks, offensiveness or intended to attract flame war are not accepted.
4.2 Poster is responsible for his/her posts. Poster's viewpoint does not represent Weather Underground's viewpoint.
4.3 By posting in Forum Poster agrees to and obeys the regulations in Forum.
5. Forum Administration
5.1 The current Forum Administrators are Clarence Fong, Brian Lui, Tony Ng and Irwin Wong.
5.2 Forum Administrators reserve the rights to modify, move and delete posts at any time without prior warning or notice.
5.3 Forum Administrators reserve the rights to disable and terminate account of Poster who repeatedly violates the regulations in Forum at any time without prior warning or notice.
5.4 Forum Administrators reserve the rights to add, modify and delete regulations in Forum at any time. The changes will be announced in Forum.
5.5 Forum Administrators reserve the rights to make final decisions on violation of regulations, classification of posts and execution of penalties.
6. Account Application
6.1 By applying for an account a person agrees to and obeys the regulations in Forum.
6.2 The personal information of Poster will be used for identification of posts and Forum administration purposes only.
6.3 The name or nickname of Poster will be displayed in posts. The e-mail address may be obtained from Forum Administrators for personal communication, however Forum Administrators reserve the rights to reject the request.
6.4 Poster reserves the rights to enquire and update his/her personal information or terminate his/her account at any time. The personal information will be deleted after account termination.
